Shipping policy

All shipped orders ship via USPS. Our processing time is 1-3 business days (Wed-Sat) unless otherwise stated, fulfillment times will always be listed at the top of the website. Shipping time is in addition to the processing time. Shipping time depends on USPS, always allow for shipping delays, once a package leaves our store, it is out of our control.

You must make sure you have the correct address information entered when placing an order. If undeliverable packages are returned to us, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee and the difference will be refunded (excluding shipping costs). 

Creative Expressions Studio, LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.
