Refund policy

Creative Expressions does not offer refunds, store credits or exchanges on its retail products. All retail sales are final. 

Workshops are not refundable. If you can't make it to your scheduled workshop for whatever reason, you must notify us within 48 hours and we will issue a store credit to be used for a future workshop only. If you notify us less than 48 hours in advance, your ticket fee is forfeited and therefore not able to be credited. In the event that Creative Expressions Studio, LLC or one of our instructors cancel a workshop, refunds may be offered.
